Branding Expansion

Feature Request

Goal:
As a business, I want more control over how my business looks and feels across all client-facing pages so my brand feels consistent, professional, and truly my own.

Scope:

  • Brand Colors for Public Pages

    • Ability to define brand colors used across public-facing pages such as:

      • Online booking page

      • Pet parent portal

      • Invoices and receipts

      • Forms and agreements

  • Custom URL / Domain Support

    • Option to use a custom URL for public pages, e.g.:
      app.scritches.io/book/yourbusiness → book.yourbusiness.com

  • Centralized Branding Settings

    • A dedicated branding section that consolidates all visual and identity settings in one place.

  • SEO/Shareable-friendly links

    • Public assets (booking page, report cards, invoices, etc.) should generate a social media & texting-friendly link preview when sharing online.

    Interested in this as well. Already have my own website and domain. Having some kind of domain masking would contribute to the seamless integration with Scritches.

    Include Brand Logo in Customer Emails (Invoices, Confirmations, Reminders)

    I want to be able to include my brand logo in all customer-facing emails, specifically invoice emails, to maintain brand consistency and professionalism. Currently, the logo only appears on the public booking page.

    Custom domain

    I’d love to have booking.example.com instead of app.scritches.io/book/example.

      Hey @Autumn Welles . I think this is a good idea and would be a nice branding & SEO win for businesses. It does come with some added infrastructure costs on my end, but I’m definitely open to it. I want to see how many other users are interested so I can prioritize it properly.

    Branding

    I’d love to see some options for simple branding. Even something small like changing the color of buttons and the background behind the white part of the book page would go a long way to making things feel a little bit more custom.
