Custom Client Rates

Goal: As a provider, I want to set client-specific rates that override my standard pricing so I can honor custom agreements/grandfathering and keep pricing clear for both sides during booking.

Scope:

  • Option to define per-client custom rates that override standard service pricing.

  • Automatically apply the correct custom rate when creating bookings or invoices for that client.

  • Display the applied custom rate to both provider and client during booking and invoice review.

  • Bulk add/edit rates for company-wide pricing changes

Omg yes! Same, I don’t know how to give proper booking access to my VIP clients to book the correct pricing without ALL of my clients seeing the different pricing.

Sweet! What specific update? Should I notice a change on my service page?

Sorry, just saw your comment here, Tanyah!

I should have been clearer in my original response. This feature is still planned and hasn’t been added yet. When it’s completed, you’ll get notified, and I’ll include full details then 🙂

The work around I’m using is that I have hidden service types for my folks transitioning from the apps. I’m on a smaller scale right now so I’m just letting them know I will manually update the rates matching what they pay on the app. It’s a little more work on my end, but worth it to have them set in the system and I can just change the service type rather than playing with numbers on the invoice.
