Multi-Day Dog Daycare Selection
It would be really helpful if clients were able to book more than one day of daycare per booking. Many of my clients like to book the days they need for the whole month in one booking. They can’t use reoccurring booking because days of the week and times can be different.

Hey @Terra Nova Canines , this one’s definitely overdue! Adding it to the roadmap.

Is there a way for a client to select multiple days without having to make multiple bookings? (recurring booking for day-care).
Alternatively, am I able to create a booking for my client?
Thanks

Hey @Léa Pertuy , unfortunately, there is not. Improving the day care booking experience is on my radar (https://feedback.scritches.io/p/day-care-booking), however.
There are two ways you could go about getting this booked in the meantime:
Making a booking for the client. Then, individually enter the required dates using the “Add Booking Time” button on the booking details page
The second way you could go about this is by disabling Stay Scheduling for your day care service and charging per appointment instead. You would then need to create a special Service Window e.g. “Daycare 8am - 5pm” for the client to book with.
This would allow both you and the client to book any number of days at once. The downside, however, is that the client will not be able to enter an arrival/departure time, and the booking will also display a bit differently on your calendar (one large block from 8am to 5pm as opposed to being displayed separately in the Stay header).
Let me know if this makes sense, or if you have any other questions!

Thanks for the detailed answer! I went ahead and told my client to book the first stay and I’ll manually add her other bookings :)

@Lucas Steflor - Do we have any update on this? I love that as a day-service clients can choose a drop-off and pickup time but clients being able to chose more than one day for a booking is also really crutial.

Highly interested in the recurring bookings for daycare. Allow for non-consecutive days to be booked in a single request to recur on a schedule (i.e. weekly) indefinitely.

Day Care Booking
Is there a way to have clients book multiple day care services for a week in one booking? I want to set it up as a stay service so that clients can choose a drop off and pick up time, but doing that makes it so clients can only select multiple days if they’re consecutive. But I have a lot of clients who book MWF.

Hey @Megan York , great question. There’s currently no way for clients to do this in a single booking. They can either make multiple bookings, or you can add the separate days a bit quicker on your end.
However, I agree this definitely isn’t ideal! I’d be happy to prioritize an improvement for this after I close out the current intake form feature I am working on.

Hey @Lucas Stefanski! Just wanted to check in and see if we are any closer to this fix happening? It would be SO helpful! Thanks so much!

Hey @Megan York ! Sorry for the slow response to this, I must have skimmed past the notification earlier 😮
My main focus right now is wrapping up Staff Management (along with the usual bugs and stability work). It’s a big lift and it touches almost every part of the app, so I’m trying to avoid stacking on new features that would just need to be reconsidered in the context of Staff Management.
I’ll add this to the roadmap so that it’s not lost, though!

Hi, I’m super interested in this feature also!
I found this and it says it’s possible but I don’t have the variant option available. Is this an issue with my account or the feature itself?

Hoping this might still be something in the works! It continues to be a common complaint I hear from pet parents.
