Recurring Bookings

Feature Request

Goal: As a provider, I want to set up recurring bookings (e.g., daily walks or weekly visits) so I don’t have to manually re-enter repeat services.


Scope:

  • Option to create bookings with repeat rules (daily, weekly, custom intervals).

  • Automatically generate future booking instances based on rules.

  • Ability to edit/cancel a single occurrence or the entire series.

  • Integration with invoicing so recurring services can be billed flexibly.

      Hey @Sofie Wismann ,

      I’m so sorry for the delay on this and for not keeping you better updated. The implementation turned out to be trickier than I initially thought; it requires some underlying refactoring of how bookings and billing interact. That work pairs nicely with another upcoming feature, Custom Client Rates, so I plan to tackle both together.

      However, in the name of being a responsible business owner (no fun, I know 🙄), I need to focus first on launching Staff Management. It’s the biggest gap for multi-person teams and a major step toward growing the platform overall (more growth = better features). Once that’s released, recurring bookings will be next on my list (think early December). I really appreciate your patience. I haven’t forgotten about it!
