I completely agree with this request — it’s exactly what I’ve been wanting to ask as well. This functionality is absolutely critical for pet care businesses.

The ultimate goal for many providers is not just to manage bookings themselves, but to grow their services, expand into new neighborhoods or even multiple cities, and bring on additional staff to help manage demand.

Having the ability to:

Create staff profiles with specific permissions

Assign bookings to different staff members and locations

Color-code calendars by staff

Track staff pay

…would make Scritches a true growth platform. Without these tools, scaling a pet care business beyond a single provider becomes very challenging.

And from Scritches’ perspective, implementing this feature would also increase customer retention. The more providers are able to grow and expand their businesses using Scritches, the more loyal they will be to the platform long-term — which also helps Scritches ward off competition.

If Scritches implements this, it would open the door for providers to confidently expand while still maintaining oversight, which I believe aligns with the vision of helping pet care businesses thrive.
