Why Isn't a Day Showing on My Booking Page?

Linda Peterson texts you: "I'm trying to book Cleo's drop-ins for next Tuesday, but the day is greyed out." You know you're free. Something in your settings is closing that day, and it's usually one of a handful of things. Work down this list in order and you'll find it.
Check these in order
-
Online booking is on. In Online booking, Accepting online bookings must be on. When it's off, nobody can book any day.
-
The client is allowed to book this service. With Intro visit first, new clients only see your intro service until you approve them. With Existing clients only, clients must log in with the email you have on file. A single client can also have online booking turned off on their profile (Choosing Who Can Book Online).
-
The service is bookable online. Open the service in Availability and check that Bookable online is on.
-
The date is within your notice. In the same place, Minimum notice closes the next few days and Book up to closes everything past it. A minimum of 1 day means today is never bookable.
-
The service offers that day. In the service's Weekly schedule, at least one window has to be ticked for that weekday. For overnight services, every night of the stay and the pick-up day must be switched on.
-
No blocked time touches it. Check Blocked time. Even a short block closes the whole window it overlaps (Blocking Off Time for Vacations and Appointments).
-
The window isn't full. A window with Max bookings in this window shows as Fully Booked once it fills, and a day closes when all its windows are full (How Service Windows Work).
-
No limit is full. Check Limits. A full limit closes the whole day for its services, and some limits also close other services (Limiting How Many Bookings You Take On).
Each service's row under Per-service availability shows whether it's bookable online (Active), its days and windows, and its limit, which covers steps 3 and 5 at a glance.

For example: Cat Care offers Morning and Evening every day but not Midday. Linda can book Tuesday, but only in Morning or Evening, and if blocked time covers both of those, Tuesday closes altogether.
Requests you haven't answered count
A booking request holds its spot in your window caps and limits until you confirm or decline it. If a day looks full but your calendar looks light, check Requests and decline the ones you won't take.
